The rug came a little late but it’s okay since they were very responsive with what the delays were (all out of their control). When it arrived it was such good quality and my fiance loved it so much. They really do make these custom made and we love the craftsmanship. I would most definitely order from here again!

So happy with my Custom Rug. Purchased as a gift for my Son I had it customised to add a personal quote and it came out looking great and adds a little special touch :-) Great communication from start to finish and really impressed with how quickly I received shipment all the way down here in New Zealand. The Rug itself is Totally Amazing... such wonderful quality, so thick and plush and heavy...lol Wow !!! My Son can't believe he's got something so cool He loves it ❤
I was worried about this after not receiving any communication between the initial order and a few days before it arrived but I love it! It’s so thick and comfy underfoot and it looks amazing. Such great value. Soho Home sells this rug at 5x the price. Very happy.
