Amazing, super soft wool. They use amazing wool. The color was perfect and soft. I thought it was going to be dark, but it is quite perfect for my living room.

This is my first time purchasing a rug, and it is amazing. I love the thickness, softness, and everything. It feels amazing on my feet. My living room is so much more comfortable now. It just gave my living room another vibe, another life. It is amazing, and I love that.

The rug came a little late but it’s okay since they were very responsive with what the delays were (all out of their control). When it arrived it was such good quality and my fiance loved it so much. They really do make these custom made and we love the craftsmanship. I would most definitely order from here again!

I was worried about this after not receiving any communication between the initial order and a few days before it arrived but I love it! It’s so thick and comfy underfoot and it looks amazing. Such great value. Soho Home sells this rug at 5x the price. Very happy.
