The rug took lot of time to arrive. Maybe there is an some weather issue in manufacturer area , but the rug is amazing and super soft. I love the product amazing work

The rug is super soft and the wool feel super conformed under my feet , it take lot of time to delivery arount 3 mouth, I but I love it

Purchased as a gift for my Son I had it customised to add a personal quote and it came out looking great and adds a little special touch :-) Great communication from start to finish and really impressed with how quickly I received shipment all the way down here in New Zealand. The Rug itself is Totally Amazing... such wonderful quality, so thick and plush and heavy...lol Wow !!! My Son can't believe he's got something so cool He loves it ❤

I was worried about this after not receiving any communication between the initial order and a few days before it arrived but I love it! It’s so thick and comfy underfoot and it looks amazing. Such great value. Soho Home sells this rug at 5x the price. Very happy.
