Care

Wool is naturally soil-resistant, so upkeep is light: suction-only vacuuming once a week, immediate blotting of spills with a dry white cloth, and a half-turn of the rug each year so light and footfall wear evenly. Professional wool-safe cleaning every 3–5 years, and always a pad underneath on hard floors.

Is the green olive or forest?
A true moss — olive with a grey undertone. It photographs slightly cooler than it reads in a warm-lit room.

Will a square rug work under a rectangular sofa?
Yes, as long as the sofa sits on one edge with its front legs on the pile. Squares are happiest with an L-shaped or facing-pair arrangement.

Is a multi-colour rug hard to keep clean?
