The drawing and the palette are independent. We can hold this Oushak layout and re-dye the entire colourway to a scheme, or hold the navy ground and swap the accent tones. Send a fan-deck reference, a fabric memo, a paint code or a pulled image and we will dye to it. Strike-off samples are produced before the full rug goes on the loom, so nothing is committed until you have approved the colour in hand.

Contract & Hospitality

This construction is specified for residential projects, boutique hospitality, private members' clubs and executive offices. A dark wool ground with no latex backing is the practical choice for high-traffic contract work: it hides soil, it can be professionally washed rather than replaced, and it does not off-gas or crumble the way a latex-backed rug does after a few years under load. Oversized single-piece weaving is available for great rooms, lobbies and long corridors without seams.

Why Navy, and Why Now

Dark, saturated interiors have moved from accent walls to whole schemes, and floors have been the lagging element. Navy grounds specify cleanly against brass, walnut, aged leather, oxblood and cream plaster, and they sit correctly under the deep paint colours currently dominating residential work. The palette also intersects Pinterest's 2026 direction — Cool Blue, Jade and Plum Noir are all physically present in this rug.

Can I get a physical sample before specifying?
Yes. We send wool samples in the actual dye lot, and strike-offs for any custom colourway before the rug is woven.

What is the lead time on a custom size?
It depends on dimension and knot density — a custom size is graphed rather than cut, so it is a scheduling question, not a technical one. Send the spec and we will confirm a date before you commit.

Do you supply documentation for procurement?
Yes — material composition, origin, construction and care documentation for submittals.

Can you match an existing rug on site?
Often, yes. Send photographs in daylight plus dimensions, and we will assess whether the drawing and palette can be reproduced.

Is there a minimum order?
No. A single rug and a forty-unit hospitality order are both made to order on the same looms.
