Amazing, super soft wool. They use amazing wool. The color was perfect and soft. I thought it was going to be dark, but it is quite perfect for my living room.

This is my first time purchasing a rug, and it is amazing. I love the thickness, softness, and everything. It feels amazing on my feet. My living room is so much more comfortable now. It just gave my living room another vibe, another life. It is amazing, and I love that.

I just moved to another city. I thought to buy a rug, then I hesitated to buy that rug from that brand, but somehow I bought it. When I received it, it was amazing. It took a little extra time, but it is worth it.

This is my second rug that I purchased from that brand, and it is amazing. The softness was amazing. The pile height is perfect for my kid's room. It is amazing.

Beautiful color. The blue went out really well. It matches my living room and gives an amazing color combination. I love the product, but it took a little extra time than my expectation, but it is worth the wait. Love the product, love the owner, really quick response, always in touch

This is the most amazing rug that I have ever purchase . I buy a lot of rugs from all across the internet, on Etsy but this is the best I can get. The quality was amazing. The owner was great. He personally sent me all the images, and we are still in touch. It is amazing. They also sent me a small gift, and it was worth the money. It was the most amazing thing. It takes a little bit of time, but it is quite good. I highly recommend buy

The rug came a little late but it’s okay since they were very responsive with what the delays were (all out of their control). When it arrived it was such good quality and my fiance loved it so much. They really do make these custom made and we love the craftsmanship. I would most definitely order from here again!

beautiful design and quality. Shipping time took a lot longer than we were told and communication wasn't great from the store, but the quality of the product absolutely makes up for it! Worth the wait.

So happy with my Custom Rug. Purchased as a gift for my Son I had it customised to add a personal quote and it came out looking great and adds a little special touch :-) Great communication from start to finish and really impressed with how quickly I received shipment all the way down here in New Zealand. The Rug itself is Totally Amazing... such wonderful quality, so thick and plush and heavy...lol Wow !!! My Son can't believe he's got something so cool He loves it ❤

I was worried about this after not receiving any communication between the initial order and a few days before it arrived but I love it! It’s so thick and comfy underfoot and it looks amazing. Such great value. Soho Home sells this rug at 5x the price. Very happy.
